Christmas Day Meals
This December, we are again hosting our very special project in partnership with Alstom to ensure that no one in our city goes without a meal on Christmas Day.
With the help of volunteers, we’ll be preparing, packing, and delivering 350 festive meals for local people who may otherwise have nothing — individuals and families who are struggling with the cost of living, can’t afford a Christmas meal, or may be facing the day alone.
We are inviting corporate volunteer teams to join us for this one-off opportunity and play a key role in making Christmas special for those who need it most.

Time: 10am-5pm
Volunteer Roles Include
- Assisting chefs with preparing and cooking 350 meals
- Helping to pack up festive meal bags, which will include a Christmas lunch, dessert, and a chocolate treat
- Supporting with the organisation and collection of meals from the venue
- Joining our delivery teams to deliver meals to households across the city
- Ensuring every meal leaves with care and kindness attached
