We welcome feedback about your experience with us. Whether you'd like to tell us about something that went well, share an idea, raise a concern or make a complaint, we'd like to hear from you.
Your feedback helps us celebrate what's working, learn from mistakes and improve the support we provide to our community.

If you have an idea, suggestion or recommendation about our services, please let us know.
Raise a Concern or Make a Complaint
Sometimes things don't go as expected. If you're unhappy with any aspect of our service, we want to understand what happened and work with you to put things right where we can.
Many concerns can be resolved quickly through a conversation with a member of our team. If you would prefer, or if the issue cannot be resolved informally, you can make an online complaint.
What Happens Next?
If you make a formal complaint, we will:
- acknowledge it within 3 working days
- look into the issues raised
- explain what we have found
- let you know about any action we plan to take
We aim to provide a full response within 30 working days.
If you're not satisfied with the outcome, you can ask for the complaint to be reviewed.
