Celebrating Volunteers Across the Alliance

This week we held a special evening to recognise the incredible volunteers who power Derby Food 4 Thought Alliance — including those from our 17 food partners and our own dedicated DF4TA teams.

These volunteers give their time, energy and care to ensure no one in our city is left behind — from answering phones and working in our CSU, to delivering food and offering warm welcomes and community shops. 

Together, we've provided over 9,000 food parcels this year and shared moments of dignity, kindness and community with thousands.

The celebration was a chance to say thank you, share stories, enjoy a quiz (and some cake!) and shine a spotlight on the amazing people behind the work.
