This time of year can be tough. If you need us, we’re here — and we’ll do our best to help.

When we’re open over the festive period:

• Wed 24 Dec (Christmas Eve): phone lines 10am–1pm
• Mon 29 Dec: phone lines 10am–2pm
• Tue 30 Dec: phone lines 10am–2pm 
• Wed 31 Dec: phone lines 10am–2pm

If we’re closed when you need help, please use our online referral form and we’ll get in touch as soon as we can when we reopen.

You’re not on your own

** We’re open as usual up to and including Tue 23 Dec. We’ll be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Fri 2 Jan, with normal hours resuming Mon 5 Jan.
