Thank you for the help following our Emergency appeal

A huge thank you to everyone who made this happen!

Following our emergency appeal, we received an incredible donation of food from a local Derby businessman — a gesture that will go a long way in helping us keep Derby families fed this summer.

With it being August and many of the team on leave, we didn’t have anyone available to receive the delivery at the warehouse. But in true Derby style, our brilliant partners at Jericho House drug treatment project Derby stepped in — and within the hour, Gregor, Kevin and Darren were on site, ready to help.

They did a fantastic job unloading and storing the delivery — and we’re also grateful to Derby South MP Baggy Shanker , who helped deliver it.
