Thank you, Geldards Network Derby!
We had a fantastic evening at the Geldards Network Derby Christmas Quiz at Derby Rugby Football Club, as their chosen charity partner.
Thanks to the generosity of everyone who came along – and lots of tins, packets and other store cupboard staples brought on the night – the quiz raised £500 to support people in Derby experiencing food insecurity.
In a fantastically kind gesture, Dean Nelson, Partner at PKF Smith Cooper offered to round the total up to £1,000 there and then.
This £1,000, together with the food donated, will help us keep our shelves stocked and make sure local families have somewhere to turn when times are tough.
