The Great Derby Cereal Challenge is on!

We’re so excited to welcome @Derby Arena and @Springwood Leisure Centre to the Derby Food 4 Thought Alliance Adopt a Shelf campaign!

From 3rd August, the two centres will go head-to-head in a friendly competition to see who can collect 750 boxes of cereal first…

Who will be crowned the Cereal Champions?

But this is about much more than winning.

Together, they’re aiming to collect an incredible 1,500 boxes of cereal – enough to provide around one month’s supply for families supported through Derby Food 4 Thought Alliance.

For many children, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. With no free school meal vouchers available over the summer holidays, we know more families will be turning to our network for support. By working together now, we can make sure children across Derby can start their day with a healthy breakfast.

Can you help?

Simply drop a box of cereal into the donation point at either Derby Arena or Springwood Leisure Centre from 3rd August.

Every single box will help local families.
