A Huge Well Done to Our Furniture & Electrical Team

Our amazing Furniture & Electrical volunteers have been hard at work this week at the new Resource Centre – and what a difference they’ve made already.

From measuring out flooring areas, to transforming our new PAT testing station with additional sockets, safety signage, and even giving the space a fresh lick of paint.

Not only that… they also managed to get started on testing microwaves too!

It’s been a fantastic few days of teamwork, progress, and dedication, and we’re so proud of everything the team is achieving.

Our Furniture & Electrical Project plays such an important role in supporting local families by helping provide affordable furniture, electrical items, and tested appliances back into the community. It’s all about reducing waste, supporting sustainability, and making essential household items more accessible to those who need them most.

None of this would be possible without the hard work and commitment of our volunteers – thank you all for everything you do.
