Another fantastic day at the Chellaston Shelton Lock Community Hub

We served up a hearty dinner of savoury mince with mash and cabbage, followed by apple cake and custard. A big thank you to Lidl for their kind donations of free bread, cakes, fruit, veg and even flowers — your generosity means so much to our community.

We’d also like to give a special shoutout to James from local business Althaus, who joined us as a volunteer. He brought a brilliant energy to the Hub, connected so well with everyone, and even impressed us with his washing-up skills!
