Volunteer with us: Phone Line

Could you spare some time to help on our Phone Line? 

We’re looking for more volunteers to join our Phone Line team.

Our volunteers speak to people from across Derby who are looking for support, taking referrals and helping them access the right help.

You don’t need to know everything before you start. We’ll provide training and help you get comfortable with the role.

This could suit you if you’re:

👂 A good listener
💬 Comfortable speaking to different people
🤝 Patient and non-judgemental
💻 Happy using basic computer systems

We’re particularly looking for people who can volunteer on Mondays and Tuesdays.
