Volunteers’ Week – Celebrating Our Furniture & Electrical Volunteers

Today we’re celebrating the amazing volunteers who support our Furniture & Electrical Project.

From managing administration and arranging collections and deliveries, to testing electrical items and helping set up our brand-new PAT testing station, this team works tirelessly behind the scenes to help local families create safe and comfortable homes.

Over the last year they have helped support 60 households with furniture and electrical items, providing practical support when it was needed most.

Their dedication, skills, and willingness to help others have made a real difference to families across Derby.
