Over the last year, this dedicated team has helped process an amazing 15,995 calls through our phoneline service.

Behind every call is a person looking for support, advice, or guidance. Our volunteers help process referrals for food, furniture, household essentials, and many other enquiries, ensuring that people receive the help they need when they need it most.

Their patience, compassion, and commitment make a real difference to thousands of people across our community every year.
